The annual AFR BOSS Young Executives of the Year Awards are run in association with global talent management consultancy DDI. The awards, now in their ninth year, recognise the achievements of up and coming executives who have the skills, talent and drive needed to make a successful future leader. We've been overwhelmed by the number of high quality entrants for this year's awards. Ten finalists are interviewed by a panel of business leaders and participate in a one day business simulation exercise to test their leadership capabilities.
